Ryan is a Web3, digital asset and emerging technology specialist with over eight years of experience across DeFi, DAO operations, treasury governance, token ecosystems, community growth and AI-enabled workflows.
At FTS Cayman, Ryan supports the Compliance and Digital Risk Advisory practice, helping Web3, AI, fintech, DAO and digital asset businesses operating in or through Cayman understand operational risks, strengthen governance frameworks, improve treasury oversight and build practical controls to support long-term growth.
Ryan has launched, scaled and advised digital asset projects across DeFi, DAO and GameFi ecosystems. His experience includes scaling decentralised projects to eight-figure valuations, supporting DAO governance and treasury initiatives, leading Web3 community growth, and helping investors navigate digital asset markets through education, portfolio analysis and market strategy.
