She brings over 8 years of experience as a Learning Design Expert and Instructional Designer the in field learning and development. Her career includes roles as a senior instructional designer, higher education teacher, and communications trainer for the BPO industry. She has developed learning content for both academic and occupational needs, creating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. Her work spans various domains, including leadership, technical, compliance, and onboarding courses. At Ab² Institute of Accounting and TOA Global, she has led impactful projects for finance professionals, collaborating with SMEs from the Philippines, Australia, the USA, and South Africa.
